Why should I choose EMC for my Urgent Care needs?
A. As is standard practice with ERs, we offer CT Scan, X-ray, UT, and
blood work testing capabilities in-house. Moreover, EMC's blood work
provides results in 10 minutes. For CT Scans, results are available in 30
minutes. Supporting our unique healthcare promise of prompt urgent care
when you need it most...we provide all our Emergency Room services without
first having patients wait 280 minutes per visit which is the standard in
Manhattan based ER's.
What is the difference between EMC's service and the emergency room?
A. We are a full service urgent care facility, with the same resources as an emergency room. The biggest difference is that we guarantee you will be seen in 15 minutes versus a 5-6 hour wait in a typical New York City ER.
Do you accept my insurance?

Can I call an ambulance to bring me to your facility?

What happens if I need to be admitted?
A. We have partnered with top area hospitals. We will admit you directly to their facility and we will arrange for your care.
What happens if I need a specialist?
